Hey Peeps, I posted a server advertisement in Steam so that we can hopefully get more foot traffic. Here is the post I made below, and the Link to the post is here: [-link-] The Knights Guild Battalion [KGB] is sponsoring a 70 Slot server with Hi CPU Priority out of Dallas Tx. We currenty have over 20 people in our Tribe. Although we are not necessarily looking for more members, we are looking for other Tribes to join and make it interesting. We are not hostile but will protect what it ours. Should you decide to join our server you can expect fair and reasonble treatment along with help should the situation warrant it, JUST ASK. Hostile actions will be met with similar responses. We have FAIR and ACTIVE ADMINS. Our Server is updated on a daily basis, and if possible we will notify all players before any updates occur so that all players can maintain their current or earned status without loss of time. Our Server is currently set up to support the following: MAP = On: This setting will show you where you are in relation to the terrain and Lat/Lon Cross Hair = On: This setting will provide you with a cross hair when aiming at something PvPvE : Player vs Player vs Environment - Its you against any hostile players against the environment! ***NO SERVER WIPES*** We do not wipe our server. The only time this may occur is if this developer mandates that it be done due to a major update involving the game. As of this post NONE HAVE OCCURED! ***We conduct secondary backups in addition to the backups that are run by the server provider after each change update. This is done for a couple reasons. First : It allows us to migrate server database information should the server have any issues whatsoever. Second : If our server provider is not living up to their agreement, such as poor performance of the server itself, or their technical staff is providing poor support in answering our requests and we decide to cancel the server, we can migrate the data to another server provider and have them upload it via [-link-] It will be as if nothing happened at all. (We want your experience on our server to be as awesome as possible.) Its what we expect from our server provider and if they suck, they get fired and we take our business to someone who can do it right. All the while you lose nothing, its seamless and it provides a great experience. This is an Unofficial Dedicated 24/7 Server We have approximetely four people who all work in IT who are active players on this server. Many of which have hosted dedicated servers for our clan over the past 10 years. We will add to or take away settings as we see fit to provide the best possible experience for all players.
