Do you miss my rants? Lol. Well, this isn't a rant, but it's a Fast perspective :P Actually, that is a perfect commercial. Product placement, selling points, brand name upfront. It's an advertisement. Forgetting the so-called comedy about the commercial, I'd like to see those kind of ads on tv. I'm sooooo tired of advertainment, just sell me a damn product and lets move on, ya know. These days, you have to see a commercial about 5 times before you even know what it's advertising. This is simply because they're too busy being cute with their entertainment aspect of it. Anyway, I think it's neat that the older redhead lady who is in Chuck was in this commercial bit. She's a good actress. Seriously, need real commercials like this. We need commercials that tell us about the product upfront. I wouldn't be surprised if poor advertising is causing a small bit of our economic woes. Okay, there ya have it. My half-ass rant on a topic meant to entertain. I think I can gripe about anything. heh heh. Anyone miss me yet? |

I love those commercials because they shine the light of truth on the ridiculous freakshow that advertising has become. Fast, I miss you very much! Where have you been? |
