If you are having issues with the website, try to change the theme. It is located on the bottom left of the website and select a different theme. let me know if this resolves this.

I get a blank or partial screen display
Theme problem
Change to a different (core) theme to confirm that it is a theme problem. Themes which 'pre-render', such as Jayya, can result in a blank page if broken. Other themes will produce a partial display

I cannot see my changes
Various strange and inconsistent things occur after I've changed something. May include different behaviour in different browsers.
Cache d data confusing things
Clear the local cache in your browser (ctrl-F5 for Firefox) and/or clear the cache in E107.

Internet Explorer related issues
Problems immediately after login with Internet Explorer
Intera ction between sleight and caching within IE
Sitewide solution: turn off sleight.
User- specific solution: Go into IE >> Tools >> Internet Options >> General >> Settings >> "Check for Newer versions of stored pages" and change this to "Automatic" or "Never"
By default IE does not accept 'third party cookies' - this can cause problems when using a redirect service which 'cloaks' your site.
Site freezes during load when using IE
Caching within IE
(Only occurs if sleight enabled - turning off sleight is an option). Go into IE >> Tools >> Internet Options >> General >> Settings >> "Check for Newer versions of stored pages" and change this to "Automatic" or "Never"

It gives me access denied when I try to change the theme from my phone. I can't try from my PC because I just see a blank white page

I think we can default a theme for you or we may have to change the default theme. I will talk to Wiz and get back to you.
