In late january, my line went from an A+ to a C. The technicians are coming out again today to try and fix this crap :/

Fast, I hope they fix your shit right.

My ISP has screwed me in every possible way, but I'm glad they can at least provide me with an A.

Get this: When I moved from my old house to my new house, they forgot to move my email accounts to the new billing account. Exactly thirty days later, when the cable was shut off at the old place, all my emails and FTP files were deleted. It took them 3 days to restore them from backup.

Guess what? 30 days later, they were deleted again. Because when they restored them, they restored them to the old account.

Geez, that really does suck Air. Sorry you lost all that stuff.

The technician came out and couldn't fix the problem. He replaced a splitter is all. But I've bypassed the splitter before he arrived and checked the line quality and it was still losing packets. He said that it was probably caused by internet traffic on my line. pfft. They messed with something back in january and it hasn't been the same. My only other option is dsl from AT&T :/
